WHAT IS FARM DAY?
The Clermont Foundation and Clarke County Parks and Recreation will host the 8th Annual one day family friendly event celebrating Clarke County’s rich agricultural and historical heritage. You will enjoy historic tours, guest speakers, agricultural equipment, animal exhibits, sawmill demos with fresh cut board lumber for sale, Heritage Crafts, Food, Slave House Tours and so much more. The event features three venues: Agriculture Venue, Family Venue and the History Venue.
BE SURE TO BRING YOUR CHAIRS OR BLANKETS TO LISTEN TO THE ROBBIE LIMON BAND!
Family Venue: Music by The Robbie Limon Band from Noon until 3:30 on The Big Gray Barn Stage, Delicious food available in the Big Gray Barn, Family Crafts, Games, Hay Rides, Barrel Train Rides, Story Time Hay Rides, Saw Horse Roping and more.
Agricultural Venue: Scheduled Sawmill Demos and fresh cut board lumber for sale, Animals, Ag Equipment, Herb and Plant Sales and more.

WHERE IS FARM DAY?
Farm Day will be held at historic Clermont Farm just east of Berryville on business Route 7. This 360 acre farmstead was surveyed by an eighteen-year old George Washington and is owned by the Virginia Department of Historic Resources and managed by The Clermont Foundation. The Foundation maintains the working farm with Limflex cattle and Katahdin sheep.

Clarke County is rich with agricultural and historic heritage that continues to this day. The Clermont Foundation and Clarke County Parks and Recreation are pleased to offer this special family event to the surrounding communities.

Farm Day will appeal to families, farmers and history enthusiasts looking for a fun and educational way to spend the day in a scenic location with activities, food, and entertainment for everyone.
ADMISSION IS $5 PER PERSON, KIDS UNDER 12 ARE FREE.
LOCAL FARMERS, GARDENERS, RE-ENACTORS, RELEVANT NON-PROFITS AND ARTISTS ARE INVITED AS VENDORS AND EXHIBITORS. NO VENDOR/EXHIBITOR FEE! BUT MUST PRE-REGISTER!
